Terms of Service

Lulo Labs, operated by Lulo Creative Ltd, provides a missed-call text-back service for local service businesses: when a call to your business goes unanswered, we text the caller back on your behalf, find out what they need, and pass the lead to you. By starting a trial or subscription you agree to these terms.

The trial is free for 30 days and no card is required to start. After the trial, the service is billed monthly at the price shown on the site. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You confirm that you own or control the business phone number connected to the service and that you will use the service lawfully, including honoring caller opt-outs.

The service is provided as-is. We work to catch every missed call, but we do not guarantee delivery of any particular message or the outcome of any lead.
