This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the text-back service we operate on behalf of participating businesses.

From businesses that sign up: contact details, business name, and billing information. From this website: basic usage information needed to operate and improve the site.

When you call a participating business and the call goes unanswered, we process your phone number, the time of your call, and the content of the text conversation that follows in order to deliver the text-back service and pass your request to the business you called.

Phone numbers and message content are used only to provide the service. Mobile information is not sold, and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

To operate the service, to send businesses their monthly report, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
