Lulo Labs, operated by Lulo Creative Ltd, provides a missed-call text-back service on behalf of the local service businesses that use it. When you call a participating business and your call goes unanswered, Lulo Labs sends you a text message on that business's behalf so the business can find out what you need and follow up with you.

Messages relate to the call you placed — for example, asking what you need help with, confirming details, or letting you know when the business will get back to you.

You will only receive text messages from this program after you have called a participating business. Placing that call is what initiates the conversation; we do not send marketing messages to numbers that have not called a participating business. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with the business.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply.

Opting out stops all further messages from that business's text-back number. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to messages you send and receive.

Phone numbers and message content are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
